Do I need to leave a security deposit?

A security deposit is required at selected properties and the amount of the deposit varies from home to home. The security deposit is refundable and is returned approximately 3 weeks after departure, after the home has been inspected, so long as no damages have been reported at the home. All homes offer a Property Protection Fee in lieu of a security deposit. Some homes do require both a security deposit and the Property Protection Fee to secure a reservation.
