What is the minimum rental time period?

A stay of at least two nights is required for all rentals. Selected luxury homes may require an owner required minimum number of nights. Because of high demand and popularity, certain holidays, holiday weekends and special events require longer minimum reservations periods ranging from 3 days to 1 week.
