What fees are associated with Vacay Stay rentals?

Our homes nightly or weekly rental rates posted online for each property. Rates differ during holidays and special events. In addition to rent for the time period, charges include: a one-time departure cleaning fee, nightly utility fee, property protection fee, and a 3% booking fee. A city lodging tax specific to the city of the property is required on all vacation rentals for less than one month.
